Molly Rhode, Actress, Associate Artistic Director of Northern Sky Theatre 

A classically trained actor, she played several of Shakespeare’s leading ladies at Milwaukee Shakespeare Company, spent two summers with American Players Theatre, and two summers with Door Shakespeare. At the same time, she also became a regular face at the Skylight Music Theatre, singing lead roles in Cabaret, The Producers, and other Broadway musicals. She joined the Actor’s Equity Association in 2003 and has worked on all of Milwaukee’s professional stages and other theaters around the country. 

Doc Heide, Playwright, Actor, Co-founder of Northern Sky Theatre

Doc has performed on the Peninsula State Park stage with Northern Sky Theatre since 1973. He is co-author of 20 shows including Belgians in Heaven and Packer Fans from Outer Space (both with Lee Becker and James Kaplan), and Guys & Does (with Lee Becker and Paul Libman). Among Doc’s three CD’s is Christmas in Door County with Eric Lewis. Doc’s new studio band, Zen of Thieves, has just released its first iTunes single, Better Angels, with lead vocal by Claudia Russell. Doc serves as professor at the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University in San Francisco. He’s also associate editor of the APA journal PsycCRITIQUES (formerly The APA Review of Books) and has penned many articles in cryptic professional journals.
